Description
Performance Construction
The Prodigy Performance Flex Cap is built for active use with a 96% polyester, 4% spandex shell and a 100% polyester back. The structured crown and pre-curved visor hold their shape, while laser-perforated side and back panels promote airflow. A moisture-wicking sweatband (92% polyester, 8% spandex) helps keep sweat away from the eyes.
Comfort and Fit
An adjustable self-material strap with hook and loop closure fits sizes up to XL (62 cm), accommodating a wide range of head sizes. The 100% cotton seam tape adds comfort and durability at the seams, making this cap a reliable choice for daily wear.
Customization
Your logo is embroidered directly into the fabric, creating a raised, textured mark that holds bold shapes and readable lettering cleanly. This method is best for logos and lettering built from solid shapes, where a dimensional finish adds value.

Decoration & Imprint
1 method
Your logo is embroidered on the front panel of the cap, stitched directly into the fabric for a raised, textured mark. Embroidery holds bold shapes and readable lettering cleanly, making it ideal for logos and lettering built from solid shapes.
EmbroideryPMSFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $35.00
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does an embroidered logo look like?
- Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing. - What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. For photographic or gradient artwork choose a full-color method; for crisp hairline detail choose screen print. More about Embroidery →
- How are embroidery thread colors matched to my brand colors?
- Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
