Description
The Port & Co Tee is made from a 50/50 cotton/poly blend and features a 1x1 rib knit collar, shoulder-to-shoulder back neck tape and a tear-away label.
This tee is transitioning from white to black tear-away labels, so an order may contain a combination of both label colors. Due to the nature of 50/50 cotton/polyester neon fabrics, special care must be taken throughout the printing process.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
