This Port Authority double knit 1/4-zip is made from a snag-resistant, moisture-wicking interlock fabric with a UPF rating of 50+. It has a self-piped zipper placket, shoulder piecing detail, and a dyed-to-match, recycled, reverse coil zipper with a silicone-tipped drawcord pull. Self-turned cuffs, a straight drop tail hem, side vents and a tag-free label finish the design.
Fabric content varies by color: solids are 7.7-ounce, 89% recycled polyester/11% spandex interlock knit, and heathers are 7.7-ounce, 81% recycled polyester/8% polyester/11% spandex interlock knit. The product's carbon footprint has been measured and reduced through a combination of preferred materials and investing in carbon offset projects through the ClimeCo Certified Product Program.

The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge.
