The Pocket Partner™ Key Tag is a metal-and-plastic key tag measuring 4.88" x 1.13". It is offered with a choice of bottle opener or magnet top, so the same item can be configured to the task at hand, and the handle comes in a range of colors including White, Black, Yellow, Green, Blue, Red, Orange, and Metallic Gray.
Your artwork is screen printed onto the tag, where opaque ink sits right on top of the material for crisp edges on solid shapes and standard lettering. The metal-plastic build keeps the tag in hand through daily use, and the compact 4.88" x 1.13" footprint lets it ride on a keyring without bulk.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
