Description
Built for Temperature Retention
The Perka® Cooley tumbler uses double-wall stainless steel with vacuum insulation to keep cold drinks cold for 24 hours and hot drinks hot for 12 hours. The 18/8 stainless steel inner wall is food-grade and resists flavor transfer, while the powder coat exterior prevents sweating and scratches, so it stays presentable through daily commutes and outdoor use.
Thoughtful Details for Everyday Use
The translucent push-in lid has a silicone seal that secures the sipper, and the food-grade steel straw includes a silicone tip for comfortable drinking. The tumbler fits most standard car cup holders, making it a practical choice for commutes and travel. It is FDA compliant and BPA free, and a portion of proceeds supports Shelter to Soldier™, a nonprofit that trains rescued dogs as service animals for veterans.

Decoration & Imprint
4 methods
Your logo is applied to the exterior surface of the tumbler. Screen printing lays down bold, opaque spot colors; laser engraving etches a permanent, recessed mark in the material's own tone; and full-color heat transfer reproduces photographic detail with smooth gradients. For artwork with fine lines or small text, laser engraving holds crisp edges, while screen printing is best for solid shapes and simple lettering.
Screen Print1 color/location included · one-time setup $62.50 · Up to 1 color
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Laser — laserX (branded)one-time setup $62.50
Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.
Heat Transfer — Full Colorone-time setup $62.50 · Full color
Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.
Laser — 360 Wrapone-time setup $62.50
A 360 wrap engraving rotates the product under the laser so artwork, patterns, or repeating designs run continuously around the body. Like all laser engraving, the mark is colorless — the finish beneath is revealed in a precise, permanent etch that will not wear or wash away. It suits designs made to be seen from every angle.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does a screen-printed logo look like on a promotional product?
- Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, one pass per color. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, so the mark is flat, opaque and consistent across the run, with crisp edges that sit on top of the material. On heavy coverage you can feel a slight raised texture where the ink builds up, and the cured ink holds up to repeated handling and washing. More about Screen Print →
- Which artwork works best for screen printing?
- Bold spot-color shapes, blocks of solid color and simple lettering, where you want strong, opaque coverage that reads clearly. Screen printing holds clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering, but very fine hairlines, smooth gradients and photographic blends lose definition because each color prints as a flat solid layer. For gradient or photographic artwork choose a full-color process method instead. More about Screen Print →
- Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number. Where a product offers it, Pantone matching is an option for an additional charge per color; without it the printer uses the closest standard stock ink color. More about Screen Print →
