Description

The Pelican™ 1200 Protector Case is built from ABS plastic with a high-density Pick 'N Pluck™ foam interior. The foam absorbs impact, vibration, and shock, while the IP67 rating keeps contents sealed against dust and temporary immersion.

An automatic purge valve equalizes internal pressure after changes in atmospheric pressure, making the case a dependable travel companion. Double-throw latches and a hinged carry handle keep the case secure and easy to transport.

Built for demanding environments

Tested to MIL C-4150J, IP-67, and ATA standards, the case operates in temperatures from -10 to 210 °F. It is made in the USA and NATO codified for military and aviation use.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
