The Osprey Arcane™ XL Day expands on the sleek Arcane design with extra capacity for daily commutes, work trips, and travel. A J-zip front panel opens wide to the main compartment, revealing a document sleeve and ample room for everyday essentials. The separate padded laptop compartment fits most 16-inch devices, while a dedicated organization pocket keeps pens, keys, and small items in order.
Constructed from bluesign® approved 480D recycled polyester with a DWR treatment, the pack resists light moisture and supports sustainability goals. A low-profile stretch side pocket holds a water bottle, and a small mesh pocket on the harness provides quick phone access. The aluminum security hook on the harness offers a convenient attachment point for keys or a badge reel.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.
