The Osprey Arcane™ Small Day is a compact commuter backpack built from bluesign® approved, 100% recycled 480D polyester with a DWR treatment. The J-zip front panel opens wide for easy access to the main compartment, while a padded sleeve fits most laptops up to 14 inches. A document sleeve, internal zip pocket, and key clip keep everyday essentials organized.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric for a raised, textured mark with the soft sheen of thread, while heat transfer bonds a smooth, thin film of spot-color artwork to the surface. Embroidery is best for bold, solid shapes and readable lettering; heat transfer excels at crisp lines and flat, even color coverage.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.
