Description
The OGIO Forge Pack backpack is made of 500D poly with PVC. It has a dedicated back laptop compartment, a spacious main compartment with an interior office, a top zippered valuables pocket, a front zippered compartment with dark reflective webbing trim, a front daisy chain and side mesh pockets. A padded air mesh back panel, ergonomic padded shoulder straps with tension locks and dark reflective webbing trim, a top webbing grab handle and an integrated luggage trolley pass through on the back complete the design.
The pack measures 18.75"h x 12.5"w x 8.5"d with a capacity of 1,464 cu. in. (24 L). Its laptop sleeve measures 13"h x 12.5"w and fits most 15" laptops. Black metal zipper pulls, a high-density dark reflective O screen print and a woven OGIO label at the back strap finish the details. Note: bags not intended for use by children 12 and under.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
Heat Transfer — Four Color / 4CPFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $30.00
Four-color-process heat transfer prints your design in CMYK onto a release film, then bonds it to the garment under heat and pressure. It reproduces photographs, gradients, and many-color artwork with continuous-tone fidelity that solid spot inks cannot match. The finished mark reads as a smooth, low-profile layer at the surface; color is built from blended process inks, landing close to brand references rather than as exact spot solids.

- What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade.
