Materials and construction
The OGIO Controller Pack is built from 400D x 400D recycled RPET ballistic poly with a PU coating, paired with 600D ballistic poly for abrasion resistance. The main compartment is lined with 200D recycled RPET poly and includes interior mesh pockets for organization. A dedicated laptop compartment with a padded sleeve fits most 18-inch laptops, while interior mesh gear pockets and headphone storage keep daily essentials in reach.
Carry and travel features
Padded top and side grab handles offer multiple carry options, and padded air mesh shoulder straps with webbing and a stash pocket distribute weight comfortably. A luggage trolley pass-through on the back lets the pack slide over suitcase handles for smoother travel. Expandable side pockets add flexible storage for bottles or accessories.
Branding and finish
The raised O icon heat transfer on the front provides a subtle brand mark. Embroidery is available for custom logos, with a raised, textured finish that holds bold shapes and readable lettering cleanly.
