Description
This cap combines a 100% cotton front with 100% polyester spacer mesh in the mid and back panels, creating a breathable contrast design that keeps wearers cool. The structured crown and precurved visor hold their shape, while the 7-position adjustable snap closure provides a secure fit for most head sizes.
Embroidery places your logo in raised, textured thread directly on the front panels, giving the mark a dimensional, premium finish that holds bold shapes and readable lettering cleanly.

Decoration & Imprint
2 methods
Your design is embroidered directly into the front panels of the cap, creating a raised, textured mark with the soft sheen of real stitching. For full-color or photographic artwork, heat transfer applies a smooth, thin bonded film that reproduces fine detail and gradients faithfully.
Embroideryone-time setup $35.00 · Full color
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
Heat Transfer — Four Color / 4CPFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $30.00
Four-color-process heat transfer prints your design in CMYK onto a release film, then bonds it to the garment under heat and pressure. It reproduces photographs, gradients, and many-color artwork with continuous-tone fidelity that solid spot inks cannot match. The finished mark reads as a smooth, low-profile layer at the surface; color is built from blended process inks, landing close to brand references rather than as exact spot solids.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does an embroidered logo look like?
- Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing. - What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. For photographic or gradient artwork choose a full-color method; for crisp hairline detail choose screen print. More about Embroidery →
- How are embroidery thread colors matched to my brand colors?
- Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
