Description

The Napa Driving Jacket is cut from top-grain nappa leather, a durable, long-wearing hide that gives the jacket its structure and its broken-in feel. A heavy-duty brass zipper runs the full front, and two side slash pockets sit at the hips with an inside breast pocket for keys, cards, or a phone. Inside, a nylon lining backed with polyester fiberfill adds a layer of warmth without bulk.

Your logo is embroidered directly into the leather in colored thread, leaving a raised, textured mark with the soft sheen and dimensionality of real stitching. Bold, solid shapes and readable lettering hold cleanly at this scale, so the branding reads as part of the jacket rather than an add-on. The jacket comes in black and is offered across a broad size run that includes tall options.

Decoration & Imprint

2 methods

Your design is embroidered directly into the leather, most often across the chest or back panel, where the stitching sits raised against the surface.

EmbroideryFull-color imprint · 1 location included · no setup charge

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

Debossno setup charge

Debossing presses your design into the material with a heated die, displacing the surface to leave a recessed impression below the surrounding plane. No ink, no added color. The mark is the substrate itself — a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker; bold logos and simple type carry well, while intricate detail rounds and loses definition.

From our decoration and product guides

What does an embroidered logo look like?
Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing. More about Embroidery →
What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. For photographic or gradient artwork choose a full-color method; for crisp hairline detail choose screen print. More about Embroidery →
How are embroidery thread colors matched to my brand colors?
Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
