Description
The Mont-Blanc™ Type II Cap Style Hard Hat is built around a lightweight high-density polyethylene shell with an EPS liner for enhanced side, front, and rear impact protection. It meets ANSI Z89.1 Type II Class E and CSA Z94.1 Type II Class E requirements, and fulfills Class E electrical insulation requirements.
A 4-point nylon webbing suspension with SURE LOCK wheel ratchet adjustment dials in a secure, comfortable fit, while a felt-lined foam sweatband cushions the brow. The shell includes a rain trough for inclement weather, and universal accessory slots accommodate a variety of eye, face, and hearing protection products.

Your artwork is pad printed on the hard hat. Pad printing lays down a thin, flat layer of opaque spot-color ink that conforms to curved and recessed surfaces, holding fine lines and small text with crisp edges.

Pad printing (tampography) transfers ink from a silicone pad onto the item, flexing into curves, angles, and recessed areas flat application can't follow. The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges — each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid, holding evenly on contoured or darker surfaces; cured ink resists everyday wear.
