Description
The Metro Shopper is a reusable shopping bag made of recyclable 85 GSM non-woven polypropylene. It is designed to be used in place of disposable single-use plastic bags and measures 13" W x 15" H.

Spot-color heat transfer prints each color of your design as its own premixed solid ink onto a film, then bonds it to the fabric under heat and pressure. Because every color goes down as one solid ink rather than a blend, edges stay crisp and fills stay even across the mark. The applied result is a smooth, thin bonded layer that flexes with the garment.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
