Description
The Match Play Mesh Back Rope Cap combines a performance polyester and spandex blend with a 5-panel, mid-profile construction. The structured crown and pre-curved visor maintain a clean shape, while the adjustable plastic snap tab closure ensures a secure fit for most head sizes.
Your logo can be applied via embroidery or heat transfer. Embroidery creates a raised, textured mark with the soft sheen of real stitching, ideal for bold logos and lettering. Heat transfer produces a smooth, low-profile mark that flexes with the fabric, suitable for crisp, solid-color artwork.

Your logo is placed on the front panels of the cap. Embroidery delivers a raised, textured finish ideal for bold logos, while heat transfer offers a smooth, low-profile mark for crisp, solid-color artwork.
EmbroideryPMSFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $100.00
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
Heat TransferPMS1 color/location included · one-time setup $50.00 · Up to 4 colors
Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does an embroidered logo look like?
- Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing. - What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. For photographic or gradient artwork choose a full-color method; for crisp hairline detail choose screen print. More about Embroidery →
- How are embroidery thread colors matched to my brand colors?
- Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
