Description
Insulation and Materials
The Coldsnap Down Vest is engineered for extra insulation and loft, making it ideal at base camp or around town. Its shell and lining are made from 53% recycled Pertex Quantum Eco 100% polyester ripstop, while the body is insulated with RDS-certified 700+ fill-power down. The collar and shoulders use 85% recycled VerticalX Eco insulation to eliminate cold spots and increase weather resistance in exposed areas.
Design and Function
This vest features an exposed center front zipper, zippered hand pockets, and an adjustable hem. The left hand pocket is packable and doubles as a stuff sack for easy storage. A suede patch with a contrast Outdoor Research logo sits on the left hem, and the left chest is left open for decoration.
