The mark is the substrate itself — a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker; bold logos and simple type carry well, while intricate detail rounds and loses definition.

- What does a debossed logo look like?

- Can a deboss include color or fine detail?
- No. Because nothing is added, debossing reproduces shape but not color, and the displaced material rounds the edges of fine lines, small text and gradients. Reserve it for bold, simple logos and type where a subtle, tactile impression carries the branding. - How should I wash decorated apparel to protect the logo?
- Turn the garment inside out, wash cold with like colors, skip bleach and fabric softener, and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Never iron directly over a screen print, heat transfer or embroidery; iron inside out or around the decoration.
