Description
The Koozie® Flip-Open Cooler is a soft-sided bag built around a front-facing zippered main compartment lined with heat-sealed PEVA. A front slip pocket and two side mesh pockets keep smaller items separated from the main load, and white piping outlines the zipper for a defined edge.
Carry it by the handle or sling it over a shoulder with the adjustable strap. The 600D polyester shell is a woven fabric chosen for repeated handling, so the bag holds up through a daily commute or a season of outings.
Screen printing lays crisp, opaque color artwork directly on the surface of the bag, which suits bold spot-color logos, solid shapes, and simple lettering. Fine hairlines and gradients lose definition in this process, so artwork with clean edges reproduces best.

Your artwork is screen printed onto the front panel of the cooler, where ink is pushed through a mesh stencil to leave crisp, opaque color sitting on top of the 600D polyester.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
