Description
The Koozie® Big Recycled Tumbler holds 40 oz. and is built with double-wall vacuum insulation that keeps drinks hot or cold for hours. Its body is made from 90% recycled stainless steel 304, and the lid is 100% recycled plastic with a spill-resistant slider opening.
A large comfort handle and a tapered base make the tumbler easy to carry, and a matching straw is included.

Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.
Screen PrintPMS1 color/location included · one-time setup $55.00 · Up to 2 colors
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
