Description
This cooler bag holds 8 cans and is made with heathered nylon and aluminum film insulation. The zipper main compartment opens on three sides, and a side mesh pocket holds a water bottle. A front open pocket measures approximately 8" W x 6.25" H.

Spot-color heat transfer prints each color of your design as its own premixed solid ink onto a film, then bonds it to the fabric under heat and pressure. Because every color goes down as one solid ink rather than a blend, edges stay crisp and fills stay even across the mark. The applied result is a smooth, thin bonded layer that flexes with the garment.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
