Description
The KAPSTON® San Marco Duffel is built from 16 oz. cotton canvas, a heavyweight weave that gives the bag structure and helps it hold its shape through repeated packing and unpacking. PU and suede carry handles finish the grip points, and a striped interior lining gives the inside a considered look each time the main zippered compartment opens.
A padded adjustable shoulder strap lets the duffel ride hands-free, while a front slip pocket keeps small items within reach without digging through the main compartment. The 21.625 in. width, 11.25 in. height, and 11.25 in. depth give it room for a few days of clothing and gear.
Your artwork is applied to the canvas through Heat Transfer — Spot Color, Full Color, or Embroidery, so the mark sits on a surface built to travel.

Decoration & Imprint
3 methods
Your imprint is applied to the front panel of the duffel. Heat Transfer — Spot Color suits bold solid logos and lettering; Full Color handles photographic, gradient, or many-color artwork; Embroidery gives bold shapes and lettering a raised, textured finish.
Heat Transfer — Spot ColorPMS1 color/location included · one-time setup $55.00 · Up to 1 color
Spot-color heat transfer prints each color of your design as its own premixed solid ink onto a film, then bonds it to the fabric under heat and pressure. Because every color goes down as one solid ink rather than a blend, edges stay crisp and fills stay even across the mark. The applied result is a smooth, thin bonded layer that flexes with the garment.
Full ColorPMSone-time setup $55.00 · Full color
The supplier lists this decoration only as full color, so the one thing it establishes is coloration: the artwork carries as many colors as it needs — photographs, gradients, blends, and dense multi-color detail — rather than a counted set of solid inks, and there is no color count to choose. How the color reaches the item (direct print, transfer, decal, or sublimation) is the supplier's choice for this product and is not stated in their data, so surface feel, finish, and durability follow that process rather than this label.
EmbroideryPMSone-time setup $55.00 · Full color
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

From our decoration and product guides
- What is a heat transfer imprint?
- Heat transfer prints the design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result is a smooth, thin bonded layer that flexes with the material rather than ink soaked into the cloth. More about Transfer →
- Can heat transfer print photographs or gradients?
- Standard heat transfer prints spot colors as flat solids, so photographic art, gradients and tonal blends are not a fit; those need a process-color transfer, which many products list as a four-color or full-color transfer option. Very small text and hairline elements may also soften slightly at the bonded edge, while crisp lines and fine solid detail hold well. More about Transfer →
- What does an embroidered logo look like?
- Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing.
