Description

The Junior Conference Padholder is a compact padfolio built around a 5" x 7" writing pad, with a slant interior pocket for documents and a dedicated business card holder. Its UltraHide simulated leather cover carries the soft hand of Nappa leather, so the folder reads as a professional piece rather than a plain notebook.

At 8.75" x 6" x 0.5" and 0.6 lbs, it slips into a tote or briefcase without adding bulk, which keeps it in rotation for meetings and seminars instead of sitting in a drawer. The interior pocket and card holder give loose papers and business cards their own places, so the pad stays organized through repeated use.

Decoration & Imprint

3 methods

Your artwork is placed on the front cover or inside the padholder, with the front panel taking the larger mark. Screen Print lays down crisp, opaque spot-color artwork on the surface; Deboss presses a recessed, ink-free impression you can feel; Heat Transfer bonds a smooth, thin spot-color layer that flexes with the material. Choose Screen Print or Heat Transfer when the logo depends on flat, even color, and Deboss when a tonal, tactile impression carries the branding instead.

Screen Print1 color/location included · one-time setup $62.50 · Up to 6 colors

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Debossone-time setup $75.00

Debossing presses your design into the material with a heated die, displacing the surface to leave a recessed impression below the surrounding plane. No ink, no added color. The mark is the substrate itself — a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker; bold logos and simple type carry well, while intricate detail rounds and loses definition.

Heat Transferone-time setup $85.00 · Up to 4 colors

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

From our decoration and product guides

What does a screen-printed logo look like on a promotional product?
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, one pass per color. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, so the mark is flat, opaque and consistent across the run, with crisp edges that sit on top of the material. On heavy coverage you can feel a slight raised texture where the ink builds up, and the cured ink holds up to repeated handling and washing. More about Screen Print →
Which artwork works best for screen printing?
Bold spot-color shapes, blocks of solid color and simple lettering, where you want strong, opaque coverage that reads clearly. Screen printing holds clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering, but very fine hairlines, smooth gradients and photographic blends lose definition because each color prints as a flat solid layer. For gradient or photographic artwork choose a full-color process method instead. More about Screen Print →
Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number. Where a product offers it, Pantone matching is an option for an additional charge per color; without it the printer uses the closest standard stock ink color. More about Screen Print →
