Description
The Jumbo Cooler Tote is a soft-sided insulated bag built from polyester, measuring 24" x 8.5" x 17" and weighing 1.6 lbs. Its zippered main compartment holds up to 48 cans plus ice, so one bag covers a full group's drinks without a second cooler.
Storage is split across a front zippered pocket and a large back pocket, keeping keys, phones and napkins apart from the cold load. The 10" drop handles let the tote ride over a shoulder when it is packed heavy.
The front pocket carries your artwork, applied by Screen Print, Heat Transfer, or Embroidery. The tote comes in Royal Blue, Cream, and Black.

Screen Print lays opaque spot-color ink on the surface, Heat Transfer bonds a smooth, thin applied layer that flexes with the material, and Embroidery stitches colored thread directly into the fabric for a raised, textured mark. Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
