Description
Built for daily use
The Journey Tote Bag is made from 600D polyester, a fabric chosen for its durability and ability to hold its shape through regular use. The top zippered closure keeps contents secure, while the large front pocket with hook and loop closure offers quick access to smaller items. A large side bottle pocket keeps a water bottle or tumbler upright and within reach.
Details that work
A ring attachment for keys and other small items keeps essentials easy to find. The 25 ½" handles allow comfortable shoulder carry. Spot clean and air dry to maintain the bag's appearance.
Ready for your brand
The bag's front panel provides a clean surface for embroidery, screen printing, or heat transfer. Each method offers a distinct look: embroidery adds a raised, textured finish; screen printing delivers crisp, opaque color; heat transfer creates a smooth, low-profile mark that flexes with the fabric.

Decoration & Imprint
3 methods
Your design is placed on the front panel of the tote bag. For embroidery, your design is stitched in colored thread directly into the fabric, leaving a raised, textured mark. For screen printing, ink is pushed through a mesh stencil onto the surface, creating crisp, opaque color. For heat transfer, spot-color artwork is printed onto a film and heat-bonded to the surface as a smooth, thin layer. Choose embroidery for bold, solid shapes with a raised finish; screen printing for strong opaque coverage; or heat transfer for a smooth, low-profile mark that flexes with the material.
EmbroideryPMSone-time setup $100.00 · Full color
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
Screen PrintPMS1 color/location included · one-time setup $45.00 · Up to 2 colors
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat TransferPMSone-time setup $95.00 · Up to 4 colors
Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does an embroidered logo look like?
- Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing. - What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. For photographic or gradient artwork choose a full-color method; for crisp hairline detail choose screen print. More about Embroidery →
- How are embroidery thread colors matched to my brand colors?
- Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
