Description
Design
The Igloo® REPREVE Lunch Pail Cooler is a lunch cooler with two interior compartments and a zippered opening. It has built-in insulation, a leak-resistant antimicrobial liner, a zippered front exterior pocket, a top grab handle, and a shoulder strap. The cooler material is woven with REPREVE Performance Fiber, created from recycled post-consumer plastic.
Capacity and Ice Blocks
The cooler has a 14-can capacity and comfortably fits up to two medium ice blocks, one in each compartment. Ice blocks are sold separately.
Care
Wipe interior and exterior surfaces clean before storing and between uses. To prevent stains and odors, empty the cooler of contents after use. Light dirt or stains can be cleaned with water or mild detergent. Ensure all cleaning agents are thoroughly rinsed and the cooler is dry before storage.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

- What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade.
