The Igloo® Evergreen 36-Can Snapdown Cooler Tote keeps food and drinks cold with MaxCold® insulation. Its tough exterior is crafted from 1680D polyester and 600D REPREVE® performance fiber, which incorporates recycled material from post-consumer plastic bottles. TPU-coated bottom panels add extra defense against water and dirt, so the tote stays presentable through daily use.

Screen printing applies crisp, opaque ink directly onto the fabric, while full-color heat transfer reproduces photographic artwork with smooth gradients. Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat Transfer — Full Colorone-time setup $100.00 · Full color
Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
