Sustainable Construction
The Igloo® MaxCold® Evergreen 16-Can Cooler Tote is built with Repreve® material, a fabric made from recycled water bottles. Each tote repurposes the equivalent of three plastic bottles, turning waste into a durable, everyday carrier. The 1680D polyester shell adds strength, while the coated bottom panels resist wear from repeated use.
Cold Retention and Convenience
MaxCold® insulation with 25% more foam helps keep contents cold longer, and the leak-resistant main compartment contains spills. A zippered front pocket stores small accessories, and the tote's compact dimensions make it easy to carry to picnics, tailgates, or the beach.
Branding Options
Your logo can be applied using screen print, heat transfer, or a laser-etched patch. Screen print offers bold, opaque colors; heat transfer reproduces photographic detail; and the laser-etched patch gives a dimensional, etched look. Choose the method that best suits your artwork.

Your logo is applied to the front panel of the tote. Screen print delivers bold, opaque colors; heat transfer reproduces full-color, photographic artwork; and Badgeworx — Laser-Etched Patch creates a dimensional, etched patch. Choose the method that best suits your artwork.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat Transfer — Full Colorone-time setup $100.00 · Full color
Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.
Badgeworx — Laser-Etched Patchone-time setup $100.00
Artwork is laser-etched into a leather or metallic-foil patch, which is then attached to the product with heat and pressure. The decoration reads as a dimensional branded patch — the etched mark is the natural tone of the patch material rather than printed ink, so the look comes from the patch color and texture, not from customer-selected imprint colors.

- Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
