This Igloo® MaxCold™ 30-Can Snap Down Cooler is made with a 100% recycled RPET exterior, turning recycled water bottles into a rugged, water-resistant shell with a TPE coating. Inside, MaxCold™ 10mm PE foam insulation provides 25% more foam than standard coolers, while a heat-sealed PEVA lining locks in cold and resists leaks.
Versatile carry and storage
The cooler features padded carry handles and an adjustable, removable 1 1/2" x 46" padded shoulder strap for hands-free transport. A front zippered pocket offers quick access to essentials, and the snap-down top corners let you adjust the load for smaller hauls or keep them loose for a tote-like carry.

Your logo is applied to the front or side panels of the cooler. Choose screen printing for bold, opaque spot-color artwork or full-color heat transfer for photographic detail and smooth gradients.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat Transfer — Full Colorone-time setup $100.00 · Full color
Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.

Screen printing holds clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering, but very fine hairlines, smooth gradients and photographic blends lose definition because each color prints as a flat solid layer. - Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
