Sustainable cooling
The exterior is crafted from 100% recycled polyester (RPET), giving plastic bottles a second life. MaxCold™ insulation adds 25% more PE foam than standard Igloo coolers, keeping contents cold longer.
Built for the outdoors
A 600D polyester shell with water-resistant TPE coating stands up to trail and tailgate. The heat-sealed PEVA lining is leak-resistant, and padded adjustable straps with a sternum strap distribute weight for comfortable carry.

Your mark is applied to the front of the cooler. Screen Print delivers crisp, opaque color for bold spot-color artwork, while Heat Transfer — Full Color reproduces photographic, gradient-rich designs with smooth tonal blends.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat Transfer — Full Colorone-time setup $100.00 · Full color
Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.

Screen printing holds clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering, but very fine hairlines, smooth gradients and photographic blends lose definition because each color prints as a flat solid layer. - Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
