Description
Materials and Construction
This softshell jacket is built from a tri-laminate ripstop polyester shell with an inner polyester grid fleece lining and a TPU membrane. The TPU membrane makes the jacket extremely water resistant, windproof, and breathable, while the grid fleece lining reduces fabric weight, increases warmth, and enhances wicking efficiency.
Safety and Visibility
Designed to meet ANSI 107 Type R Class 3 standards, the jacket features 2-inch segmented reflective material for high visibility. It includes a removable fleece-lined adjustable hood, waterproof zipper closures, multiple pockets, and adjustable cuffs and waist for a secure fit.
Customization
Your logo can be applied via heat transfer, with reflective or full-color options. The back imprint area measures 5"h x 7"w, providing a prominent branding surface.

Reflective transfer cuts your design from a light-reflective vinyl and bonds it to the fabric under heat and pressure. In normal light the mark reads as a solid graphic in the vinyl's own tone; under headlights or a camera flash it lights up, reflecting light back toward its source. The applied layer is smooth, flexible, and applied as a single reflective layer.

Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.
