Fabric content varies by color: 100% US cotton, 50/50 cotton/polyester in Dark Heather, Safety Pink, Safety Green, Safety Orange, Heathered Cardinal, Heathered Indigo, Heathered Navy, and Heathered Sapphire; 99/1 cotton/polyester in Ash; and 90/10 cotton/polyester in Sport Grey, Antique Cherry Red, Antique Irish Green, and Antique Royal. PFD fabric is prepared for dyeing with no starches, sizing, or finishes, and Natural is a non-dyed fabric with visible specks of fibers and cotton seeds.

The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
