Design and Materials
The Garyline® Slim Fit RPET Bottle is molded from 98% post-consumer recycled PET, giving it a sustainable profile. Its slim, tall shape fits most cup holders, and raised ring accents add a tactile detail. The bottle is made in the USA, while the lid is imported, and the product is assembled in the USA.
Lid and Care
The flip-straw lid features a handle that swivels up and down, making it easy to carry or clip to a bag. The lid is made of TPE, and the bottle is polypropylene. Hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the imprint and the product; do not microwave.
Customization
Your logo can be screen printed on the bottle, with up to six colors for crisp, opaque artwork. An optional motivational measurement imprint on the second side is available at no extra charge when the ink color matches your side-one imprint.

Decoration & Imprint

Your logo is screen printed on the front face of the bottle, with ink pushed through a mesh stencil for crisp, opaque color. For two or more methods, route artwork based on the best use: screen print for bold spot-color artwork and simple lettering.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
