Key Facts
- Laser deep etch mark — carved into the glass surface, so the imprint is recessed and tactile
- Clear glass body — the flute's transparency keeps the etched design readable
- Made in the USA — produced domestically
- 6.5 oz. capacity — a single-serving pour for toasts
Description
This 6.5 oz. champagne flute is made of clear glass and sized for a single pour, which keeps it in hand through a toast rather than parked on a table. The narrow bowl and stem are the classic flute profile, so the glass reads as stemware rather than a tumbler.
Customization is laser deep etched directly into the glass. The design is carved below the surface with no added pigment, leaving a recessed mark with bold contrast and a texture you can feel under your fingertips. Because the mark carries no color of its own, it holds bold artwork and clean lettering with strong definition, while very fine hairlines and dense small text can soften since the cut runs deep into the surface.

Decoration & Imprint
2 methods
Your mark is laser deep etched into the glass of the flute, carved below the surface for a recessed imprint with no added pigment.
Laser — Deep Etchno setup charge
Deep etching carves your design well into the surface, removing material to leave a recessed, permanent mark. Running deeper than a standard laser pass, the result is strongly dimensional and contoured. The finished mark is the material itself — bare carved tone with crisp shadowed contrast where the cut catches light against the untouched surface. You get a mark you can both see and feel, reading as permanent and material rather than printed on.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does laser engraving look like on a promotional product?
- Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch the design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges. There is no ink: the mark reads in the material's own tone, a lighter shade on metal and a darker burn on wood, with a depth you can feel. It resists fading, wear and scratching because nothing sits on top of the surface. More about Laser →
- Can laser engraving be done in my brand color?
- No. Engraving carries no added color and shows only the substrate's own tone, so a design that depends on brand colors, color contrast, gradients or photographic detail is a poor fit. It is the right choice for single-tone logos, fine line work and small text where a permanent, dimensional mark matters more than color. For printed spot color choose pad print or screen print. More about Laser →
- What is direct-to-garment printing?
- Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing jets water-based CMYK ink straight onto a pre-treated garment, with a white underbase on dark fabric, then heat-cures it into the fibers. It reproduces photographs, gradients and dense multi-color artwork with fine detail and a soft hand, because the ink soaks into the cloth rather than sitting on top. It prints most vividly on cotton and light fabrics. More about Full Color →
