Description
The Fairmont Mink Touch Blanket is a 50" x 60" throw made from ultra-plush polyester with a mink-touch finish. The fabric is hypoallergenic and anti-pilling, so the surface resists the fuzz balls that form when fibers rub against each other in repeated use.
Each blanket arrives in a zippered vinyl bag with a rope handle, giving the throw its own storage and carry case. At 1.8 lb, it folds down small enough to keep on a sofa, in a car, or in a bag between uses.
Your design is embroidered directly into the fabric in colored thread, producing a raised, textured mark with the soft sheen of real stitching. Bold, solid shapes and readable lettering hold up best at this scale.

- What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade.
