Description
The Intrepid cooler bag is built from 500D PVC tarpaulin with a PVC lining and EPE foam insulation, so the shell resists water while the lining and foam sit behind it. A zippered main compartment with a water-resistant zipper holds up to 18 cans, and a front slip pocket keeps smaller items separate.
Daisy chains on each side add clip-on storage, and the detachable, adjustable shoulder strap and padded web carrying handles let the bag move between hands and shoulder. Spot clean and air dry between uses.

Your artwork is screen printed onto the bag, with ink pushed through a mesh stencil to leave crisp, opaque color that sits right on top of the material. Screen Print suits bold spot-color artwork, solid shapes, and simple lettering; gradients, tonal blends, and photographic imagery are not a fit.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
