Description
The Expedition Duffel is a 25-inch carry bag in 600-denier polyester, sized for a full change of clothes, gear, or a weekend's worth of packing. A U-zip opening runs across the spacious main compartment, and a ventilated zippered end pocket keeps shoes or wet gear apart from everything else.
Carrying is handled two ways: a padded handle for short hauls and an adjustable shoulder strap for longer ones. Four exterior zippered pockets and two front mesh pockets hold the items you reach for most, and a reinforced hard bottom with riveted feet keeps the bag stable and off the ground when you set it down.
The shell is a durable woven polyester that stands up to repeated packing and travel, so the bag stays presentable long after the event it was handed out at. That same broad face is where your logo goes, in the decoration method that suits the artwork.

Debossing presses your design into the material with a heated die, displacing the surface to leave a recessed impression below the surrounding plane. No ink, no added color. The mark is the substrate itself — a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker; bold logos and simple type carry well, while intricate detail rounds and loses definition.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Pad printing (tampography) transfers ink from a silicone pad onto the item, flexing into curves, angles, and recessed areas flat application can't follow. The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges — each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid, holding evenly on contoured or darker surfaces; cured ink resists everyday wear.
Heat Transferone-time setup $85.00 · Up to 4 colors
Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.
