Description
The Starline Evolution™ 6161 is a full brim hard hat with a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) shell. The full brim is designed to protect against sun exposure, rain, snow and dust. It is available in Red, White, Yellow, Blue and Green.
A 6-point suspension system and the Evolution Wheel Ratchet create a firm, comfortable fit, and 3D Adjustment uses harness depth settings for a precise helmet fit. Universal slots fit various accessories, and the hat is packed ready-to-wear with no assembly required. It meets ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2009, Type 1, Class E requirements and the ANSI requirement for reverse donning and lower temperature.

- When should I choose pad printing over screen printing?
- When the artwork has fine lines, small text or tight detail that must stay sharp on a contoured or uneven surface, such as a pen barrel or a curved drinkware wall. The conforming pad holds crisp edges where flat methods cannot reach.
