The econscious Rolltop Travel Laptop Backpack is made from 600D recycled polyester (rPET). The rolltop design adjusts to allow space for extra packing. A separate zippered padded pocket fits most 15 in. laptops, and the pack also has a front zippered pocket and water bottle holders on each side. Padded straps and back include a luggage pass-through. 70% of this item's total composition is made from recycled materials, and the fabrics themself contain 100% post-consumer recycled content.
Recommended weight tolerance: 17.5 lbs. The backpack pairs with an econscious recycled stainless steel vacuum insulated bottle; the bottle is not included.

Spot-color heat transfer prints each color of your design as its own premixed solid ink onto a film, then bonds it to the fabric under heat and pressure. Because every color goes down as one solid ink rather than a blend, edges stay crisp and fills stay even across the mark. The applied result is a smooth, thin bonded layer that flexes with the garment.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
