Description
The Diamond Beach Towel is a 35 x 60 inch beach towel in 100% cotton terry velour, made by Pro Towels. The terry side is looped for absorbency while the velour face is sheared smooth, so the towel reads as a finished textile rather than a flat utility cloth.
Cotton terry velour holds up to repeated laundering and sun exposure, which keeps a decorated towel presentable across a full season of use. The white ground gives stitched and printed artwork a clean field to sit against.

Decoration & Imprint
2 methods
Your artwork is placed on the face of the towel. Embroidery stitches your design in colored thread directly into the fabric for a raised, textured mark, while screen printing pushes opaque ink through a mesh stencil for crisp, flat color. Choose embroidery for bold solid shapes and lettering, or screen printing for solid spot-color artwork with clean edges.
EmbroideryFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $93.76
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
Screen Printone-time setup $180.00 · Up to 4 colors
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does an embroidered logo look like?
- Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing. - What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. For photographic or gradient artwork choose a full-color method; for crisp hairline detail choose screen print. More about Embroidery →
- How are embroidery thread colors matched to my brand colors?
- Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
