Design
The JAFFA® Cylinder Black Base features a circular shape that sets it apart from more conventional award bases. Its glass material provides a clean, polished look suitable for recognition displays.
Customization
This base offers two laser etching options: deep etch for a recessed, tactile mark, or colorfill to add solid colors to the etched design. Both methods create a permanent imprint on the glass surface.

Your imprint is placed on the surface of the glass base. Choose laser deep etch for a recessed, tactile mark, or laser colorfill to add solid colors. Both methods are permanent and require no additional charge for the imprint itself.
Laser — Deep Etchno setup charge
Deep etching carves your design well into the surface, removing material to leave a recessed, permanent mark. Running deeper than a standard laser pass, the result is strongly dimensional and contoured. The finished mark is the material itself — bare carved tone with crisp shadowed contrast where the cut catches light against the untouched surface. You get a mark you can both see and feel, reading as permanent and material rather than printed on.
Laser — ColorfillPMSno setup charge · Up to 1 color
Colorfill starts with a deep laser etch and floods the recessed artwork with solid color, producing a crisp inlaid mark. Bold logos and lettering with distinct color regions render best; the number of fill colors available depends on the specific product.
