Description
The Roam quarter zip jacket is built from a double knit interlock of recycled polyester, rayon and spandex, giving it a buttery-soft hand and lightweight warmth that layers through the year. The fabric's recycled content is certified to the Global Recycled Standard, and the material draws on an average of 23 post-consumer plastic bottles per jacket.
A DWR water-resistant finish keeps the surface protected in misty conditions, while stretch rib piecing at the collar, cuffs and side panels adds range of motion. Secure zip pockets hold small essentials, and a locker loop makes the jacket easy to hang between wears. It is machine washable and imported.
Your design is embroidered directly into the fabric in colored thread, producing a raised, textured mark with the soft sheen of real stitching. Bold solid shapes and readable lettering hold up cleanly in the stitch.

Decoration & Imprint
1 method
Your design is embroidered into the fabric of the jacket, stitched in colored thread for a raised, textured mark with the soft sheen of real stitching.
EmbroideryFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $35.00
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does an embroidered logo look like?
- Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing. - What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. For photographic or gradient artwork choose a full-color method; for crisp hairline detail choose screen print. More about Embroidery →
- How are embroidery thread colors matched to my brand colors?
- Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
