Fabric and Construction
This button down shirt is cut from a tri-blend stretch pique that combines 52% cotton, 45% recycled polyester, and 3% spandex. The recycled polyester is GRS-certified and made from post-consumer bottles, while the spandex adds stretch for ease of movement. A soft wash finish gives the fabric a broken-in feel from the first wear.
Performance Features
The shirt offers UPF 50+ sun protection and moisture-wicking properties to keep you comfortable through the day. The self-fabric collar and shirt tail hem support a polished look whether worn tucked in or untucked.

Decoration & Imprint
1 method
Your logo is embroidered on the left chest of the shirt. Embroidery uses colored thread stitched directly into the fabric, creating a raised, textured mark that holds bold shapes and lettering cleanly.
EmbroideryFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $35.00
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does an embroidered logo look like?
- Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing. - What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. For photographic or gradient artwork choose a full-color method; for crisp hairline detail choose screen print. More about Embroidery →
- How are embroidery thread colors matched to my brand colors?
- Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
