Description
The Cuisinart Outdoors® Vertical 16” Charcoal Smoker is a vertical barrel design with a latching base and a vertically hinged door that provides access to the water bowl and charcoal grate. The smoker includes a porcelain enamel water bowl and a dual air vent system with top and bottom vents.
Two 16-inch cooking grates provide 402 square inches of cooking space. To operate, light the charcoal, fill the water bowl and adjust the air vents to control the temperature. Assembly requires a screwdriver.
