Description
The Cuisinart Outdoors® Wok Station is a propane-powered outdoor cooking station. It features a 50,000 BTU patent-pending burner system with electronic ignition and a haptic control knob. The station supports deep frying, sautéing, boiling, searing, griddling, braising and more.
Included is a premium 14-inch diameter, round bottom, hand-hammered carbon steel wok. Once seasoned, the wok offers non-stick performance and exceptional heat retention, improving with regular use. The station also features a wind guard, cast iron wok collar, heat protector and stainless-steel burner cover.
The stainless-steel top is durable, weather resistant and easy to clean. A 21.75-inch wide by 18.75-inch deep prep area provides ample space to work and organize, and a lower storage shelf offers additional space for plates, utensils and prep. The station works with a 20 lb. tank of propane, which is not included.
