Description
The Courtney Cable Knit rPET Pom Beanie is a one-size cable knit beanie made from 50% rPET and 50% acrylic/polyester. The recycled polyester is obtained by melting down existing plastic bottles and other material sources to create new polyester fiber, so the knit body carries post-consumer recycled content. The pom and label are not rPET.
The cable knit construction gives the beanie a soft, cozy hand and a textured surface that reads well in everyday wear. Because it is one size fits most, a single beanie covers a varied group without a size run to manage.

Your design is embroidered into the front of the beanie, stitched in colored thread for a raised, textured mark. Embroidery suits bold, solid shapes and readable lettering; Embroidery — 3D Puff stitches over a foam underlay so the mark rises off the surface as a sculpted relief, best for heavyweight logos and thick lettering.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

3D embroidery (puff embroidery) places foam beneath the thread, then wraps stitching over it so the design lifts off the surface as dimensional, sculpted relief. - What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade.
