Description
The Constellation Polyester Tote is made with a tonal star pattern 300D polyester with PU backing, a 420D dobby jacquard front panel and pocket, and a 600D polyester back and base. It measures 12.2 in. W x 14 in. H and has a top zipper closure, a front zipper pocket (approx. 10 in. W x 12 in. H) and an interior open pocket with 210D polyester lining.
Hand-wash only. Recommended weight tolerance: 17.5 lbs.

Spot-color heat transfer prints each color of your design as its own premixed solid ink onto a film, then bonds it to the fabric under heat and pressure. Because every color goes down as one solid ink rather than a blend, edges stay crisp and fills stay even across the mark. The applied result is a smooth, thin bonded layer that flexes with the garment.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
