Description
Custom sizing and materials
The Charleston Plastic Name Badge is a custom-sized piece between 3 and 6 square inches, cut from a single ply of 1/16" plastic with a metallic finish. Choose gold or silver to match your event's aesthetic. Round corners are standard, with square corners available on request at no charge.
Branding and personalization
Your full-color logo is digitally printed on the badge, capturing fine detail and gradients. Up to three lines of personalization are included, making it easy to identify staff, volunteers, or attendees. The standard jeweler's pinback keeps the badge secure, and alternate attachments are available.
Durability and packaging
Add a protective polydome to extend the life of the badge and enhance its appearance. Each badge is individually polybagged, ready for distribution at your event.

Digital printing sends artwork straight from file to the item — no plates or per-color screens — laying all colors down in a single pass. It carries photographs, gradients, drop shadows, and dense multi-color artwork at high resolution, reading as a flat image on the surface. A specific brand color is rendered as a close full-color process simulation rather than an exact spot ink, and on colored items the substrate shifts the appearance.
