The Casey backpack is built from water-resistant PU vegan leather, a smooth-touch material that stands up to daily commutes and city travel. Your logo can be screen printed on the front or back panel of the backpack, or applied as a laser-etched patch for a dimensional look. For bold spot-color artwork, screen printing offers crisp, opaque coverage; for a premium etched appearance, the laser-etched patch is ideal.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Badgeworx — Laser-Etched Patchone-time setup $100.00
Artwork is laser-etched into a leather or metallic-foil patch, which is then attached to the product with heat and pressure. The decoration reads as a dimensional branded patch — the etched mark is the natural tone of the patch material rather than printed ink, so the look comes from the patch color and texture, not from customer-selected imprint colors.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
