Materials and Construction
This women's active jacket is an update to a Carhartt icon, built from 12-ounce, 100% ring-spun cotton washed duck that is sanded and brushed for softness. The quilted nylon lining allows for easy on and off, while 80-gram, 100% polyester 3M Thinsulate featherless insulation provides warmth without the weight. Carhartt-strong, triple-stitched main seams reinforce the shell for long-lasting wear.
Design and Details
The attached quilted-flannel-lined three-piece hood adjusts with a drawcord, and a full-length brass front zipper secures the front. Two interior pockets—one zippered, one hook and loop—offer secure storage, while two large hand pockets and a pen stall in the right pocket add everyday utility. Rib knit cuffs and waistband help seal in warmth, and elbow pleats allow ease of movement.

A Carhartt label is sewn on the left pocket, and the jacket carries a Carhartt Warmth Rating of Level 3A. The loose fit accommodates layering, and the jacket is available in sizes XS through 2XL.
