Description
Carhartt tall firm duck insulated bib overalls are made of 12-ounce, firm-hand, 100% ring spun cotton duck canvas. Quilted nylon lining to the waist makes them easy to put on and take off, and 100% polyester insulation to the waist adds midweight warmth. They have a loose fit and a 33-inch inseam.
Details include adjustable elastic suspenders, a multi-compartment bib pocket with zip closure, a zipper fly, two large front pockets, a hammer loop on the right leg and two reinforced back pockets. Seam-to-seam chap-style double-front construction and double-layer knees with openings for added knee pads and cleaning out debris add durability, along with reinforced Cordura back-leg kick panels, metal rivets at vital stress points and triple-stitched main seams. Ankle-to-thigh leg zippers with storm flaps and snap closures finish the legs, and a Carhartt label is sewn on the bib pocket.

- What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade.
